Emily, a proud, third-generation owner of 4té, leads the Healthcare, Retirement and Condominium Design Divisions and is also the Change Management Expert. In the industry and amongst her peers, she is respected as a leader and mentor whose keen attention to detail permeates all her designs.
Emily thrives on collaboration and unique challenges. She believes that “good design” stands the test of time, providing memorable and enjoyable experiences for the people who inhabit the spaces.
Not only is she passionate about inspiring her team to create thoughtful, beautiful and functional interiors, she wants clients to feel that they are an integral part of the foundation of every project—large and small.
Emily began her design career in 2003 after working in several healthcare facilities and retirement residences where she saw an opportunity to combine her love of design and desire to help others.
Outside of 4té, Emily is a vegan who loves the challenge of veganizing popular, non-plant-based dishes. She is also an avid skier in both winter and summer months, enjoys travel and is a Ukulele newbie. Emily also loves sporting new looks, scouting for new finds and breathing new life into archived pieces.

A proud partner at 4té, Tzoofit leads the company's HR and Finance departments and has managed many successful interior design projects in the government and private sectors. Not only is she exceptionally multi-talented, grounded and focused, but she is also respected for her proactive approach to planning and impeccable organizational skills.
With every project, our team and clients alike benefit from Tzoofit’s candid and outspoken recommendations and strong focus on results. In the face of unexpected challenges, she can be counted on to deliver quick-thinking solutions.
As a vibrantly positive and resiliently resourceful person both professionally and personally, Tzoofit is valued in all that she does.
Tzoofit arrived in Canada in 1997, abandoning the beautiful Mediterranean beaches where she grew up to embrace the harsh Canadian winters—and since joining our team in 2000, 4té is all the better for it!
She has many areas of interest outside of work, but if you really want to pique her interest, she loves food and cooking; travel, art and books (especially crime detective and whodunit novels); and last but definitely not least, cats and George Michael.
