Emily, a proud, third-generation owner of 4té, leads the company's Operations department. She also leads the Healthcare and Retirements divisions and is also the Change Management Expert. In the industry and amongst her peers, she is respected as a leader and mentor whose keen attention to detail permeates all her designs.

Emily thrives on collaboration and unique challenges. She believes that “good design” stands the test of time, providing memorable and enjoyable experiences for the people who inhabit the spaces.

Not only is she passionate about inspiring her team to create thoughtful, beautiful and functional interiors, she wants clients to feel that they are an integral part of the foundation of every project—large and small.

Emily began her design career in 2003 after working in several healthcare facilities and retirement residences where she saw an opportunity to combine her love of design and desire to help others.

Outside of 4té, Emily is a vegan who loves the challenge of veganizing popular, non-plant-based dishes. She is also an avid skier in both winter and summer months, enjoys travel the ukulele and her adorable Yorkie, Lily Bell. Emily also loves sporting new looks, scouting for new finds and breathing new life into archived pieces.
