Inspired by our longstanding relationship with Brookfield and the various projects we’ve worked on for them in Canada and the U.S. (since 2002), our focus for this project was to stimulate flow with open, light-filled work spaces and majestic, interconnecting stairs—all while captivating the senses with opulent materials and panoramic views.

Distinguishing Features: reflective materials (marble, metal and glass), bright neutrals and glazing, custom artwork and furnishings, walnut wood, very specific technical, multi-media and security requirements including an advanced control centre and trading floor
