Modern, technology driven and accessibility focused: This government fit up was guided by the fundamental principles of the GCWorkplace standards but was also driven by a shared commitment to enhanced accessibility, to ensure that every individual, especially those within the Inclusive Design Group, can thrive in this space. Visual and tactile indicators were skillfully woven into the design, serving as functional elements that guide you through the workplace. The creative vision came to life with a vibrant interplay of colour, contrast, pattern, and texture, masterfully defining distinctive zones. This results in an environment that's not only accessible and functional but also aesthetically captivating, creating a warm and inclusive workplace where all are welcomed.

Distinguishing Features: The main entry feature walls are a striking centerpiece, adorned with moss wall details and contrasting signage, creating a memorable and welcoming first impression on every floor. Color-contrasting conduits guide occupants through the interactive, transitional, and quiet spaces, while color-contrasting elements such as flooring, doors, frames, and window film provide vital cues for the visually impaired. Acoustic sound-dampening finishes and fixtures have been thoughtfully applied, creating a serene and efficient work environment. Custom lockers designed for use with mobility devices provide convenience and inclusivity to all employees. The accessible millwork and kitchen design further exemplify our commitment to universal design principles, ensuring that every aspect of the workspace is user-friendly.
