BMS Canada’s Ottawa office is the Headquarter for the national division and provides specialist insurance broking, consulting services and risk management solutions. 4té was engaged to redesign a workspace that not only reflects the essence of the BMS brand but also mirrors the company’s professionalism and entrepreneurial spirit.

Challenged to create this reimagined space while reusing as much of the existing infrastructure as possible, 4té successfully implemented solutions that promote efficiency, flexibility, and collaboration. With a neutral colour palette and design elements, the Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic creates a sophisticated and professional environment.

Distinguishing Features: 

The office design combines striking aesthetics with practical functionality to create a space that delivers maximum impact for clients and visitors. An impressive entrance sets the stage, leading into an environment framed by expansive views of the adjacent sports field. Open ceilings paired with feature lighting enhance the sense of height and openness, while custom millwork and thoughtful architectural details add sophistication and character. The design thoughtfully integrates reused glass walls and existing furniture, blending sustainability with creativity to craft a cohesive and visually compelling workspace.
